Confidential compliance attestation layer for institutional on-chain finance. AttestRail lets RWA platforms, stablecoin issuers, and regulated DeFi enforce eligibility, risk, and exposure rules over fully encrypted state — revealing only the final eligibility decision. Built on Zama FHEVM.
Per-user compliance attributes, issuer policy thresholds, and an issuer-wide reserved-exposure aggregate all stay encrypted on-chain. Transfer enforcement is FHE-native via FHE.select; the only value made public is the final eligibility bit. Five contracts live on Sepolia, 25 passing tests, working demo and frontend.
Non-custodial policy and compliance control plane for Safe treasuries on HashKey Chain. Sentinel reads treasury activity, simulates policy off-chain, gates proposal drafting by HashKey KYC SBT tier, and produces disclosure-ready evidence while execution stays under the customer's Safe quorum.
Sentinel v3 is single-chain HashKey by design. The active architecture uses read-only Safe Transaction Service ingestion, deterministic off-chain policy simulation, unsigned Safe proposal drafts, and a customer-Safe-anchored EvidenceRegistry; Sentinel holds no custody, no customer signing key, and no on-chain writer key.
Current status: unaudited HashKey testnet MVP. EvidenceRegistry is deployed and source-verified on HashKey testnet, the demo Safe is live, and mainnet EvidenceRegistry deployment, Guard, and EIP-1271 relay are deferred.
Privacy-preserving fraud intelligence concept for financial institutions, exploring how banks could collaborate on AML signals without exposing customer data.
The project is retained as earlier research into regulated financial collaboration, compliance-heavy workflows, and privacy-preserving market design.
LeventLabs is an independent product lab building policy-first infrastructure for regulated on-chain finance - systems where custody boundaries, compliance, privacy, and auditability are design primitives, not afterthoughts.
AttestRail is the current flagship work: an FHE-native confidential compliance layer for institutional on-chain finance, built on Zama FHEVM. It lets RWA platforms and regulated DeFi enforce eligibility, risk, and exposure rules over fully encrypted state, revealing only the final decision - so even the issuer's risk thresholds and aggregate exposure never appear in cleartext. Winner, Builder Track - Zama Developer Program.
Sentinel Treasury is our HashKey-native flagship: a non-custodial control plane for Safe treasuries on HashKey Chain, focused on read-only treasury monitoring, deterministic policy simulation, KYC-SBT-gated proposal drafting, and disclosure-ready evidence while execution stays under the customer's own Safe quorum. 3rd Place, AI Track - HashKey Horizon Hackathon.
AML Collaboration Research is earlier research into privacy-preserving institutional coordination: how regulated teams could share calibrated fraud-risk signals without exposing customer data. AttestRail carries that thesis into production-grade FHE.
The shared engineering posture is simple: software can assist with monitoring, review, and proposal drafting, but regulated financial workflows still need explicit policy checks, human approval, and evidence that can survive review.
I’m Levent Ceyhan, founder of LeventLabs. My background spans digital strategy, fintech, and technical product development. The hard part of building for regulated on-chain finance is not only the software - it is the surface where policy, institutional incentives, security review, and settlement meet.
Currently focused on AttestRail (Zama Builder Track winner) and Sentinel Treasury, plus design-partner conversations across RWA compliance, confidential on-chain finance, and Safe-based treasury operations.
Open to strategic partnerships, pilot programs, and investment conversations across confidential on-chain compliance (FHE), RWA tokenization, and policy-first fintech infrastructure.
