Non-custodial policy control plane for Safe-based crypto treasuries. Sentinel Treasury helps teams monitor risk, simulate policy outcomes, prepare approval-ready Safe proposals, and preserve audit-ready evidence.
The production pivot moves Sentinel away from custody-holding contracts and toward a Safe-native policy layer. Teams keep execution under their own owner quorum while Sentinel provides read-only treasury visibility, policy simulation, AI-assisted review, and optional Safe Transaction Guard enforcement.
Current status: v2 specifications published, implementation in progress, and mainnet deployment gated on independent audit completion.
Privacy-preserving fraud intelligence concept for financial institutions, exploring how banks could collaborate on AML signals without exposing customer data.
The project is retained as earlier research into regulated financial collaboration, compliance-heavy workflows, and privacy-preserving market design.
LeventLabs is an independent product lab building policy-first infrastructure for regulated on-chain finance - systems where custody boundaries, compliance, privacy, and auditability are design primitives, not afterthoughts.
Sentinel Treasury is the current flagship work: a non-custodial control plane for Safe-based crypto treasuries. The product focuses on risk monitoring, policy simulation, approval-ready proposals, and audit-ready evidence while execution remains under the customer's own quorum. 3rd Place, AI Track - HashKey Horizon Hackathon.
AML Collaboration Research is earlier research into privacy-preserving institutional coordination: how regulated teams could share calibrated fraud-risk signals without exposing customer data.
The shared engineering posture is simple: AI can assist with anomaly detection, counterparty review, and proposal drafting, but regulated financial workflows still need explicit policy checks, human approval, and evidence that can survive review.
I’m Levent Ceyhan, founder of LeventLabs. My background spans digital strategy, fintech, and technical product development. The hard part of building for regulated on-chain finance is not only the software - it is the surface where policy, institutional incentives, security review, and settlement meet.
Currently focused on Sentinel Treasury's production pivot and design-partner conversations across Safe-based treasury operations, institutional coordination, and compliance-heavy workflows.
Open to strategic partnerships, pilot programs, and investment conversations across Safe-based treasury operations, institutional coordination, and policy-first fintech infrastructure.
